The Corporate Intern – Finance & HR will support the Finance FP&A team with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, while also assisting with select HR finance initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations and cross-functional collaboration between Finance and Human Resources.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards
  • Analyze financial and headcount data to identify trends and insights
  • Support HR-related finance activities such as labor cost tracking, workforce planning, and benefits-related analysis
  • Help improve financial models, templates, and processes
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR partners on ad hoc projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a corporate environment
