About this role

Company Description:

Most companies talk about culture. Grimco has been building one for 150 years.

We're a family-owned, $1.5B wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor with 65+ locations across North America and the UK - and we're still growing. We've outlasted recessions, competitors, and every trend that was supposed to make companies like us obsolete. The reason? We hire people who are here for it, we invest in them, and we get out of their way.

This isn't a company where you clock in, do your job, and hope someone notices. It's a place where the people who put in the work and think dynamically get into bigger roles, bigger responsibilities, and bigger paychecks. Our best leaders started exactly where you're starting.

We operate like a company that's been around forever because we have been — but we move like one that has something to prove. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to build your career, let's talk.

Job Description:

About the Role

Grimco has been built by great people — and finding those people is what this role is all about. As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of positions: hourly warehouse roles, outside sales, and corporate functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers across 65+ locations in North America and the UK, moving fast, building relationships, and making sure every candidate experience reflects who we are as a company.

This is a high-impact role on a recruiting team where your work is visible and your contributions matter from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide — from sourcing through offer
  • Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairs
  • Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
  • Draft and extend verbal and written offers; guide candidates through pre-employment screening
  • Post and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social media
  • Collect and process new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare for employee start dates and onboarding
  • Highly Collaborative. Contribute to recruiting process improvement, reporting, and team projects as needed.
Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Strong communicator - clear, direct, and easy to work with whether you're talking to a warehouse manager or a CFO candidate
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working in an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms (experience with SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
Additional Information:

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage — premiums have not increased in over 16 years
  • Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave
  • Paid Holidays
  • PTO accrual with payout option
  • 401(k) with Profit Sharing — up to 6% of total compensation
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Volunteer Time Off
  • Employee Recognition Program
