$19.85/Hour

The Job You Will Perform:  

• Assist in setting up and operating corrugating or finishing machines to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Read and interpret factory work orders to ensure accurate production specifications are followed.
• Accurately use tape measures, gauges, and other testing tools to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Secure and stage raw materials needed for production runs.
• Inspect, count, and stack finished products while maintaining quality standards and minimizing waste.
• Complete quality checks and administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in crew meetings, contribute to team-based problem-solving efforts, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow established methods to maintain or improve productivity while adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:  

• A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
