Responsibilities:

Supports the Accounting Team through maintaining financial documents, and reporting.

  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare, support, and post monthly journal entries.
  • Perform product profitability analysis, profit margin analysis, and cost analysis.
  • Analyze product life cycle profitability, including new product financial evaluation.
  • Prepare cost summaries and various cost-related reports.
  • Allocate manufacturing overhead costs to production units.
  • Conduct P&L analysis, profitability assessments, and financial performance reviews.
  • Prepare a variety of financial and operational reports.
  • Manage preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cash flow statements.
  • Support monthly and annual business planning activities.
  • Assist internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
  • Prepare and provide audit schedules, documentation, and supporting materials.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Experience: 0 - 4 Years

Managerial Experience: 0 - 4 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Degree Field: Accounting and Finance 

Equivalent Experience/Education: 1+ years of accounting experience 

Communication Skills: Advanced

Foreign Language Required: No.  If yes, what language? N/A

Foreign Language Skill Level: N/A

Mathematical Skills: Advanced
