KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Experience Guru: Greet guests with genuine warmth and help them navigate the menu like a pro. Whether it’s a quick coffee or a full breakfast, you make every order feel like a VIP moment. 
• Buffet Boss & Order Pro: Keep the buffet stocked and looking fresh, while handling orders with speed and accuracy using our POS system. You’re the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps service smooth and satisfying. 
• Money Matters Master: Handle cash transactions with precision and confidence—no mix-ups, no stress, just smooth sailing. 
• Teamwork Dynamo: Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen and hotel crew to keep things flowing. From opening to closing duties, meetings to safety checks, you’re always on point and ready to roll. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. 
• Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.

Located across from the renowned Galleria shopping center, this hotel features modern rooms with chic furnishings. Hotel facilities include an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Courtyard Houston by The Galleria offers air-conditioned guestrooms with a seating area and cable TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are included. Free WiFi access is provided by Courtyard Houston by the Galleria. Cardio equipment and free weights are provided in the gym for guests who like to exercise. The Bistro, an on-site restaurant, is also open to guests and offers an à la carte breakfast. The Houston city center including attractions such as the George R.
