Additional Role Scope & Responsibilities.
While this position is posted under a general Sales Coordinator title, the scope of responsibilities is more accurately aligned with a Sales Operations & Booking Support role supporting two properties (Courtyard by Marriott Times Square and Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square).
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Manage room blocks for group bookings, ensuring proper setup and inventory accuracy
Process and track deposits in coordination with clients and accounting
Prepare and manage rooming lists, ensuring accuracy and timely updates prior to arrival
Update CRM System
Create weekly Resume to communicate incoming groups
Generate and send invoices for group bookings
Weekly/Monthly Reports
Work closely with front office, reservations, catering, and accounting teams
Liaise with accounting to ensure deposits, billing, and payments are processed correctly

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.
