What you’ll do
- Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
- Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
- Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
- Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
- Consistently attend industry networking events
- Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment
What you bring
- Relentless work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Marketing/creative knowledge a huge plus — not required
Compensation & Upside
- In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $40,000-60,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings
- Clear performance metrics and fast ramp to earning commission
- Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and results
