Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, person-centered case management services that empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.
  • Connect individuals with community resources, treatment providers, and support services to promote long-term stability.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring client records meet program and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with mental health professionals, hospitals, law enforcement, schools, community agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate quality care.
  • Represent the program through community outreach, education, and presentations to increase awareness of available crisis services.
  • Participate in scheduled Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) daytime on-call coverage.
  • Encourage hope, independence, and recovery by providing ongoing support, advocacy, and consultation to individuals receiving services.

Qualifications

Education:

We welcome candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds. Qualifications are based on a combination of education and relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Associate's degree accepted.
High school diploma or equivalent accepted.


Experience:

Depending on your level of education, one to two years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, human services, social services, or a related field is required.

Licensure:
Valid driver's license required.
Must be insurable under Eyerly Ball's automobile insurance policy.
