This role is responsible for supporting the overall vision and strategy of multiple offices. They will function as a liaison and coordinator for staff across different sections and offices to deliver projects and proposals with innovation, applicable standards and relevant resumes included. They will work closely with the project engineers to prepare both planning level and design level projects including drainage reports, and contract/bid documents; and work collaboratively with other design disciplines to provide integrated solutions and business development opportunities. They will also be required to manage projects and provide production support on projects in addition to business development responsibilities. This role is responsible for identifying and executing, with teams of staff, the multiple HDR services needed by municipal and utility operated stormwater programs throughout Texas as well as internal Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of experience
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
