Essential Function 1. Performs Groundskeeper/Custodial and duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment.

Supporting Activities
- Schedules, coordinates, directs and performs routine and comprehensive custodial and grounds maintenance of assigned facilities and campus ground.
- Sweeps and vacuums and cleans all floors, carpets and furniture; washes windows.
- Removes trash from campus grounds.
- Cleans and disinfects restrooms and other facilities; orders and stocks facilities with toilet paper and supplies.
- Reports and responds to emergency calls for grounds keeper/custodial assistance.
- Responds to service requests, coordinates resources and implements the set up and take down of furniture and equipment for a wide variety of campus and community events.
