Description
Success will be measured by building an operationally excellent team. You will rely on data and analysis provided by operations teams, but also self-generated, to dive deep into performance trends and inform decisions to produce successful outcomes. As a manager, you will be responsible for upholding Amazon’s goal of Striving to be Earth’s Best Employer through effective hiring, people management, coaching, and culture building.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage team in building qualified sales pipeline through prospecting and early customer conversations.
* Identify challenges and develop scalable solutions for the team and broader organization.
* Coach and develop early career talent in sales skills and Amazon Leadership Principles.
* Act as a trusted advisor on Customer Acquisition to sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Manage team performance against KPIs including outbound calls, meetings scheduled, and opportunity creation.
* Continuously develop technical knowledge and understanding of customer business issues.
* Contribute to broader Customer Acquisition initiatives like culture-building and new tool piloting

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and web-based meeting applications
- Experience hiring and developing strong talent and building a team
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- 5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Bachelor's degree, or experience in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing multi-modal, targeted campaigns

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
