Position Overview

International Motors has a great opportunity for a Customer Contact Representative Senior.   This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and will be a hybrid position with 4 days in office.

 

International Financial Corporation provides financing of new and used truck, bus, tractor for International’s truck dealers, IC Bus dealers, and customers who purchase Navistar products.

 

The Customer Contact Representative Senior will provide accurate timely customer service, in compliance with company policies and procedures, to customers, dealers and field personnel.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve complex situations including customer accounts, bank reporting, and dealer transactions.
  • Interpersonal skills and financial service knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities
  • Facilitate requests for titling, notes, and portfolio management as handled in a financial service center setting.
  • Assist with managing insurance portfolio by contacting customers and insurance companies
  • Applies previous experience to solve difficult assignments
  • Review and approve work to ensure accurate processing
  • Be a resource for questions and resolution of issues
  • Participate in Special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience

OR

  • Master's degree and no experience

OR

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Oracle Lease Management or SAP experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of other financial service department processes (i.e., Titles, Notes, Portfolio Mgmt.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving
  • Confident self-starter that drives for results under minimal supervision
  • Positive Attitude, Ethics and Values that align with the high-performance culture of International
  • Ability to react quickly, make effective decisions and functions well under pressure
