We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative with Sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will assist existing clients with policy inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, identify coverage needs, and generate new business opportunities through insurance product sales. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, sales ability, and a commitment to helping customers protect what matters most.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Provide outstanding customer service to policyholders by answering questions and resolving concerns.

Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims inquiries.

• Educate customers on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage recommendations.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency management systems.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
