As a**customer strategist**supporting digital quoting,you’ll help shape the experience that enables insurance agents to receive fast,accurate quotes on the platforms they already use for our Commercial Auto product. Working at the intersection of customer experience, data, and technology, you will deliver the strategy for the end-to-end third-party Auto quoting experience — from Progressive data collection and rate display on partner platforms, through API integration, to a seamless quote-to-sale hand-off. You will use quantitative and qualitative data to identify experience gaps, translate insights into clear, prioritized recommendations, and influence solutions that improve the quote-to-sale journey and drive high-value quote volume. In this role, you will also align cross-functional partners across IT, Analytics & Data Science, and Third-Party Vendor Management to bring solutions to life while helping shape the roadmap for expansion into new partners and emerging technologies.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.

**Must-have qualifications**

• A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).

• {OR}Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).

**Preferred skills**

• Experience evaluating insurance agency workflows, comparative raters, agency management systems, or third-party distribution platforms.

• Ability to connect the dots between user experience, data, and technology while tying them to business outcomes.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at using data and customer insights to identify gaps and shape solutions that address real user needs.

• Ability to bring people together, welcome diverse perspectives, and thrive in a highly technical, collaborative environment.

• Experience using and applying AI to solve real business problems.

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with commercial lines experience desired

**Compensation**

• $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience

• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
