Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years professional experience (minimum 5), ITIL v3 required, 3+ years phone/e-service IT support, 5+ years customer-facing experience; experience with Linux/Unix, Oracle/SQL Server, monitoring tools (BMC, SolarWinds, Nagios), Salesforce/ServiceNow/Clarify/Remedy, TCP/IP, and scripting/DB tools (Perl, Toad, SQL Developer).
