CW Human Resources HRIS Intern - Fall

Job Duties include:
•    Assist with maintaining employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness
•    Partner with HRIS team members to fulfill data requests and provide basic reporting support
•    Run and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports with guidance
•    Assist in building out text, knowledge-based articles and Guided Tour.
•    Provide general support for HRIS projects, upgrades, and system changes
•    Respond to basic HRIS inquiries from internal users and escalate as needed
•    Assist with testing of Workday implementations
Required Qualifications:
·Degree program(s) / Current Status: Undergraduate, recent graduate or graduate level student in Information Systems, Business, MBA or related field.  Must have completed a minimum of 60 hours in an undergraduate program to be considered. Concentration in Human Resource Management or Information Systems is preferred.
·Cumulative GPA:  3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
Other Qualifications:
•    Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
•    Basic understanding of HR systems or interest in HR technology
•    Must have proficiency in MS Word, Outlook PowerPoint, and Excel.  Workday HRMS knowledge is preferred but not required.  
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately
•    Must possess strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
•    Has the ability to commute to our office in Baton Rouge, LA.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Interest in learning HR data processes, reporting, and systems
