The Role

Enterprise Cybersecurity provides worldwide technology and support to all businesses under the Fidelity Investments umbrella, balancing Access Control requirements with supporting users’ access and security needs. The Cybersecurity Consultant’s role will focus primarily on reporting, data analysis, and implementing proactive measures to support key access controls. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • College Degree preferred.

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Access Management and Controls

  • Understanding of security monitoring controls, methodology, and event remediation/resolution.

  • Understanding and assessing business processes, analyzing, and assessing process controls, identifying risks, and linking business risks to the meaningful IT application controls and audit procedures.

  • Experience with Active Directory is a bonus.

  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal formats

  • Strong multi-tasking, project management and organizational skills

  • You bring a proactive approach to your work, and regularly take the initiative to find opportunities, solve issues, and add value to the work we do.

The Team

The Access Assurance Remediation team is part of Cyber Access Operations and Assurance within Enterprise Cybersecurity. We monitor enterprise access controls and assess issues to determine root cause, impact and steps needed for remediation. We ensure core logical security controls are in good health and supporting our key audit controls.
