Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and curious IT Summer Interns to join our Information Technology organization. This internship offers hands-on exposure to two critical areas of modern IT: Artificial Intelligence/Project Management and Cybersecurity. Interns will work alongside experienced IT professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and gain insight into how enterprise technology supports business operations, innovation, and risk management.
This role is ideal for students interested in building practical skills, understanding enterprise IT environments, and exploring potential career paths in technology.
In addition, interns will gain exposure to the practical application of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), within an enterprise IT environment. Interns will collaborate with technical teams and business partners to understand how AI-enabled solutions can improve efficiency, decision-making, and risk management across the organization.
Major Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence/Project Management
- AI & Emerging Technology Exposure
- Assist with the evaluation, configuration, or implementation of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions under the guidance of IT leaders
- Support use cases where AI is applied to improve productivity, reporting, documentation, development, testing, or security operations
- Help document AI workflows, assumptions, outcomes, and lessons learned
- Gain hands-on experience understanding responsible AI usage, data sensitivity, and governance considerations in a regulated financial services environment
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical or process-oriented solutions
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to observe how IT collaborates with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other business team
Cybersecurity
- Assist with monitoring security alerts and reviewing potential security events
- Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning and remediation tracking
- Help document security controls, policies, and procedures
- Participate in risk assessments, audits, or compliance-related activities
- Assist with identity and access management reviews
- Gain exposure to incident response processes and security best practices
Cross Functional Learning
All interns will:
- Work with IT mentors and leaders to understand enterprise IT operations.
- Collaborate with team members across infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Participate in training sessions, lunch and learns, or team meetings.
- Deliver a summary or presentation at the end of the internship highlighting learning outcomes and contributions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.
