About this role
What you will do:
Collaborate with content teams to assist with data, reporting, and analytics initiatives in support of roadmap development and other business initiatives.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, with a focus on usage.
Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including written summaries and presentations.
Provide ongoing reports and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Review analytics associated with content set trends and performance.
Enforce processes that ensure users get consistent, accurate results from the data they rely on.
Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within team processes and reports.
You need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience in data analysis, using BI tools and excel.
Experience with structured query language (ETL processes, data mining, modeling) and/or building advanced dashboards in Tableau is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, with the ability to incorporate feedback and continuously improve analytical skills.
