<div class="trix-content"> <div> <br><strong><u>Must be a U.S. Citizen <br></u></strong><strong><br>Job Summary</strong> </div><div>Analyzes data by combining multiple data sources and researching various system and healthcare issues in order to perform on-time research and analysis to formulate solutions for issues of low to moderate scope and complexity.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Education & Experience<br>Required: </strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, Information Management, or equivalent experience <br>• If supporting Ecclesiastes contract, must be a U.S. Citizen <br>• If supporting Ecclesiastes contract, must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation <br>• 1 year experience in healthcare analysis, data management, or equivalent training or education <br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Preferred: </strong><br>• Familiarity with healthcare claims and payment data <br>• Basic knowledge of JIRA and ability to write user stories in Agile <br>• Proficiency in the use of computer systems, database applications, Microsoft Office, structured query language (SQL), MS Azure, Databricks, and/or Edifecs <br>• Experience with business process needs analysis and requirements gathering <br>• Experience with JAD sessions and performing detailed fact gathering <br>• Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBI<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong>• Compiles, organizes, and conducts various performance, cost, budget, and/or specialized data analysis to document and identify trends or potential issues. <br>• Reconciles data and develops exexplanationsf variances as necessary. <br>• Meets with requestors to get requirements and develop solutions to fulfill various requests (reports, trends, measures, forecasts). <br>• Maintains responsibility for assigned reports, producing them accurately and in a timely manner. <br>• Establishes relationship with business owners of reports. <br>• Responds to customer questions and requests in a timely manner. <br>• Maintains documentation and ensures all procedures support department and company policies and procedures. <br>• Works with management to understand and interpret the impact of decisions made by retrieving, analyzing, and identifying variations and trends in healthcare delivery and communicating the information obtained from analysis. <br>• Other duties as assigned. <br>• Regular and reliable attendance is required.</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
