<li>Obtain IRS PTIN</li>
<li>Pass Background check </li>
<li>Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a tax or finance-related role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft tools and learning new software (e.g., Excel, SQL).</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Willingness to serve people </li>
</ul>
