Job Overview
We are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and intellectually curious Data Analyst to join a dynamic, growth-oriented analytics team and work closely with business stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will help transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, collaborating cross-functionally, and clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in a related role (e.g., analytics, finance, strategy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player who takes ownership and accountability for analysis and outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and visualizations.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and/or data warehouses.
• Curiosity for uncovering insights and a strong passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Eligibility Requirements
Compensation
Our Compensation range for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data from the enterprise data warehouse to support stakeholder needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and translate questions into analytical solutions.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Validate and quality-check data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable way to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment, context, and impact of analyses.
