About this role

The Data Analyst will review and analyze data. The Data Analyst will create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and/or leadership and utilize findings to aid in decision-making.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with applicable privacy laws such as FERPA/HIPAA.
  • Communicate findings compellingly and visually through dashboards, reports, briefing decks, stories, scorecards, executive briefings, etc. For different audiences using solutions like Power BI and Tableau. Proofread and edit reports and other products to attain consistency of format.
  • Regular outreach to offices to learn about upcoming surveys scheduled; maintain up to date documentation.
  • Assist with the development of a detailed communication strategy and plan for the office/assigned area.
  • Maintain office website and produce materials in coordination with the divisional communications team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Three years of related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Technical Qualifications & Specialized Certifications:

Experience using software for data analysis (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
