Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst I to support our First Aid and Safety Team. As a Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for the development and revision of reporting for customer, prospect, and markets. You will manage projects and be working with management to develop in-depth data analysis in written reports or verbal presentations based on researched information.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 1-3 years of data analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating large data sets, spreadsheets, and doing independent analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis
• 2+ years’ experience in project management
• Proficiency in data analysis and data quality software including Business Objects, R, Python, SQL, or Power BI
• Proficiency to query/join/transform data in a relational database, interpret the data, analyze results, and provide analysis in an actionable form.
