As a**data analyst senior or lead**on our team, you'll support Customer Experience Channels, whose vision is to deliver best-in-class servicing capabilities and customer touchpoints resulting in lower costs, higher retention, and improved throughput.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business by analyzing customer interactions across our support channels. Our channels are direct touchpoints to our customers via two-way interactions such as live chat and chatbot. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new reporting initiatives, conduct A/B testing, and uncover meaningful trends in data. Additionally, you’ll work alongside a talented team to harness cutting-edge AI technologies, advancing our analytics capabilities to new heights.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
**Must-have qualifications**
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
**Preferred skills**
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A champion of innovation and forward-thinking strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Compensation**
- $81,400-$131,200/year, depending on level and experience.
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
