Join AAA’s Roadways College Internship Program! 

AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Data Engineering Team for a 10-week internship.  Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in the program, contributing to meaningful projects and working each week closely with the Data Engineering Team. 

About the Roadways College Internship Program: 

Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including: 

  • Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives 

  • Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image 

  • Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change, cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust 

What You’ll Do 

  • Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leaders

  • Attend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skills

  • Create and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools, but not limited to PowerPoint 

  • Network with executives and senior leaders across different business units

  • Participate in team building and volunteer events

  • Communicate findings clearly and succinctly to technical and non-technical audiences;

  • Analyze data sets, develop data pipelines, and test the process

  • Document and present the analysis/solutions to the team 

What You’ll Need  

  • Must be a rising or graduating Senior enrolled in a college/university with an emphasis in a major or similar 

  • A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally 

  • Proficiency with SQL and the ability to do data analysis

  • Proficiency in coding either Python or Java

  • A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally

Internship Eligibility: 

  • Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 22nd through August 28th, 2026

  • Must commit to working full-time, 40 hours per week 

  • Must be willing to commute to the office daily
