Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Finance advertisers and agencies to identify technical issues and opportunities, promoting AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience in working with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud) and familiar with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.) as well as tag management systems and web analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL) for Financial Services you will help some of the key Finance advertisers achieve their goals by selling and leading critical data and infrastructure projects during a moment of profound industry transformation, then using these products to prove the value of Google media. Your work is one of the most important avenues for advertisers to maximize their impact with Google AI.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $154000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and technical product consultant who understands how durable measurement infrastructure strategy will help customers overcome industry and ecosystem challenges, articulating product knowledge to support customer business objectives.
  • Manage the business cycle for data and measurement capabilities and technical infrastructure to enable customer adoption and growth of Google solutions, while developing a pipeline for product adoption progress across the customer portfolio.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases. 
  • Promote and triage handoffs for implementation, acting as a liaison between key partner teams (Google partner teams, 3P external partners) to ensure project completion and on-going value is delivered.
  • Identify, cultivate, and nurture marketing technology (MarTech) relationships within advertisers and agencies, including travel as required.
