Delivery Team Member

Now hiring professional delivery drivers to serve the Waldorf community. Our drivers deliver directly to guests who have ordered through our Chick-fil-A App in a professional manner, adhering to all food safety regulations as well as all vehicle laws.

Responsibilities Include:

• Locate delivery addresses
• Deliver food in a fast but SAFE MANNER
• Always deliver Second-Mile Service
• Perform other related duties as needed

Between deliveries our Team Members/Drivers assist with hospitality, store cleanliness, some food preparation, stocking, and serving our guest with speed. Our delivery drivers are held to a high standard of excellence in both operational achievement and personal responsibility.

Prior experience as a driver/delivery person, restaurant crew member, team member or other customer service experience is not required but is preferred. You do not need to have your own car; we provide the vehicles with fuel and do our own maintenance.

Base pay of $15/hour plus tips!

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must own a smart device to access apps, make calls, send messages, etc.
• Must be over 18 years of age or older with a clean driving record and licensed for at least three years
