Demand Generation Analytics Intern

Role Overview:
At Genesys, we’re transforming the customer experience landscape with empathy, AI innovation, and global impact. As a Demand Generation Analytics Intern, you will support data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing campaign performance, optimizing funnel efficiency, and delivering insights that directly influence pipeline growth. You will work with modern data platforms, CRM systems, and visualization tools to help measure and improve how marketing drives revenue in a global B2B environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business challenges, where your analyses and recommendations will shape decision-making across marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels including paid media, email, web, and events
· Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau to track key demand generation metrics
· Query and transform data using SQL and platforms such as Snowflake
· Support marketing funnel analysis, including lead-to-opportunity conversion and attribution modeling
· Partner with demand generation, marketing operations, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights
· Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline growth
· Assist in improving data quality, standardization, and reporting frameworks across marketing systems
· Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
Required Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
· Basic understanding of marketing analytics concepts such as funnel metrics, conversion rates, and attribution
· Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
· Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Eloqua
· Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake or similar
· Previous internship or project experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence
· Interest in B2B marketing and demand generation
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
