Raymour & Flanigan, the premier furniture retailer in the Northeast, is currently seeking a Supply Chain data professional, based in Liverpool, NY, that can join our team and work to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. The position is ideal for a career minded individual seeking growth opportunities with a four year college degree.

 

Demand & Forecasting Support

  • Assist in maintaining and updating forecasts for furniture product lines (import and domestic) using planning tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
  • Analyze historical sales data, trends, and promotional performance to support forecast accuracy
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams to align forecasts with business strategies, seasonality, and promotions
  • Support new product launches by helping track demand and inventory needs

Supply Chain & Inventory Analysis

  • Analyze inventory levels and assist in developing supply plans to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Monitor product flow from forecast through purchase order and delivery
  • Track shipments and communicate updates with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support efforts to improve inventory turns while minimizing stock-outs and overstock

Data & Process Improvement

  • Use Excel and other analytical tools to organize, analyze, and present data insights
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making
  • Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain and planning systems
  • Identify trends and recommend opportunities for process improvements

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Logistics, and Vendor Partners
  • Support communication and coordination to ensure smooth product flow across the supply chain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data analytics technologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
