Deputy Manager - Marketing AI Enablement

Primary Responsibilities:

• AI Enablement Support
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of AI enablement materials such as FAQs, how to guides, and basic workflow documentation
  • Support onboarding and training activities related to new AI tools and updates
  • Help gather feedback from users, including common questions or issues, and share insights with the broader team
  • Learn how AI tools are used within Marketing and help translate guidance into clear, easy to understand content
• Community & Knowledge Management
  • Support marketing AI community spaces in SharePoint or Teams by keeping content organized and up to date
  • Assist with coordinating learning sessions, office hours, and community communications
  • Help document best practices, examples, and lessons learned as tools are adopted
• Program & Coordination Support
  • Assist with tracking task lists, timelines, and status updates for AI enablement initiatives
  • Support meeting coordination, note taking, and follow ups across Marketing, AI, and Technology teams
  • Escalate questions or issues to more senior team members as needed
  • Learn standard program and project management processes used within Optum Insight Marketing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Comfort using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Interest in AI, digital tools, and marketing technology
• Proven solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven clear written and verbal communication skills
