Overview As a Designer you’ll work across major global brands, creating and adapting digital assets that engage and inspire. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and producers to bring ideas to life across multiple digital touchpoints. Responsibilities Create and adapt designs for digital formats such as newsletters, emailings, landing pages, and banners. Review and refine layouts, visuals, and copy to deliver final artwork ready for production. Apply solid knowledge of graphic and digital design principles, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Support the creative team in developing digital concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives. Perform basic photo retouching and visual adjustments when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, UX, development) to ensure design feasibility and quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field or have previous experience (+5 year) Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of photography. Ability to work with short-turnaround deadlines. Understanding of digital platforms and formats (emails, banners, responsive web design). Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. We think you’re awesome if you: Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team. Some Figma experience will be also valued. Experience working with global brands. A curious mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
