We are now looking for a DFT Intern! Are you passionate about manufacturing quality? Do you like to work at the intersection of design and silicon testing? NVIDIA is seeking extraordinary DFT interns who love to push the quality of the products they work on to the ultimate levels. The team is building groundbreaking methodologies and flows to drive production times and quality to the highest level.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a member of the team, you will design and implement test methodologies for large, complex, high-volume Digital IC's.
- You will work with logic designers to review and analyze IC designs and apply test techniques as necessary.
- Your day to day will include developing software to automate test logic insertion, timing analysis, vector generation, and validation, as well as finding continual optimization of production test cost and quality.
What we need to see:
- Pursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Architecture or Electrical Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of techniques for the automated testing of complex semiconductors, including JTAG, BIST, and ATPG.
- Good programming skills in C++ and Perl5.
