Medica will host a 12-week, paid Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch and Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. Each internship offers a meaningful experience and impactful projects you’ll be able to discuss with future employers. At Medica, we look forward to our Summer Internship Program each year.
The Business Analyst Intern will support the Public Sites 2.0 (PS2.0) initiative, a strategic effort to modernize Medica’s unauthenticated digital experiences (e.g., Medica.com) to improve member self‑service, content findability, and digital performance.
This internship is a digital product-focused role where the intern will contribute to research, analysis, and documentation that inform information architecture, content strategy, UX design, and CMS modernization efforts outlined in the PS2.0 strategy.
The intern will work closely with Digital Product, UX, Marketing, and Analytics partners and gain hands-on experience in data-driven digital product development within a regulated healthcare environment. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Software Engineering, or a related field
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Interest in data, analysis, and problem solving
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.
The full salary grade for this position is $34,100 - $43,900. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
