About this role

Overview:

Support the creation, scheduling, and administration of content across social media platforms and other digital channels to assist in audience growth and brand awareness initiatives

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of daytoday digital marketing activities by completing assigned tasks and projects under the direction of marketing leadership.
  • Assist in the development, scheduling, and distribution of email messages and email newsletters for B2C and B2B audiences using established brand guidelines and templates.
  • Update and maintain website content using the organization’s content management system in accordance with provided instructions and review processes.
  • Support social media management activities by monitoring audience reactions, comments, and messages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels, escalating items as appropriate.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of monthly social media content calendars by coordinating with internal partners and developing routine content such as job postings, blog posts, events, and bank news or alerts.
  • Maintain digital channel comments and complaints logs, including required documentation and coordination with the Compliance team, following established procedures.

Execute targeted digital communications to client audiences through the digital messaging platform based on predefined campaigns and messaging guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Either bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, advertising, or related discipline preferred or minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and knowledge of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills including editing and crafting content for the digital space.
  • Acute attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute creative and innovative insights.

COMPENSATION:  $60,000 TO $90,000  annually
