Job Responsibilities: What you will do
To offer practical work experience in areas of Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, or Marketing/Communication.
- Flexibility to rotate as needed to support needs of the functional area.
- Gain familiarity with multiple departments regarding support requirements.
- Document processes and test work in a clear and concise manner; assist in testing the design and operating effectiveness as required by the functional area.
- Participate in and complete directed projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Learn and contribute to lead generation strategies for Driver Recruiting and People Development departments
- Assist with recruitment marketing performance reports and analyze results
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- Practical experience in functional area preferred.
- A majority (considered three (3) years or more) of undergraduate course work from an Accredited University or College in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Beginner to intermediate level Finance; IT; Legal; HR; Marketing; Communications; strong interpersonal skill; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain professionalism; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly
