Your Role in Synergy's Success
The Digital Marketing Intern supports the Marketing and Commercial teams by executing digital initiatives that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and storytelling across multiple channels. This role offers real-world exposure to content creation, digital analytics, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration.How You Will Contribute
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Communications
- Assist in developing and scheduling content for Synergy’s website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Support the creation of digital assets such as graphics, short videos, infographics, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Campaign & Project Support
- Contribute to multi-channel campaigns related to product launches, customer engagement, and brand initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Technical teams to ensure message alignment and gather key inputs.
- Assist with event and tradeshow-related marketing activities when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on performance metrics including website traffic, email engagement, and social media insights.
- Help prepare marketing dashboards and monthly reporting summaries for leadership.
Market & Trend Research
- Gather insights on flavor, food, and beverage trends that support new product development, innovation, and content strategy goals.
- Track digital trends, competitor activity, and engagement best practices.
General Marketing Support
- Assist with maintaining project timelines, shared digital assets, and content calendars.
- Manage promotional items, including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, ordering, and supporting internal fulfillment needs for events, sales meetings, and customer programs.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Participate in intern programming, cross-functional meetings, and development activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and brand storytelling.
- Interest in food, beverage, flavor, or CPG industry trends (a plus).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar digital design tools.
- Exposure to analytics platforms.
- Experience with email marketing tools is a plus.

Starting Salary : $21.00/hr
The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
