Digital Marketing Specialist

Mitsui Chemicals America (MCA) is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role offers the opportunity to develop and expand digital capabilities while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Website & Digital Optimization

• Maintain and update website content and improve performance
• Develop landing pages and microsites to support lead generation
• Apply SEO and digital best practices to increase visibility and traffic

Social Media & Digital Engagement

• Support social media strategy, content planning, and execution
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements
• Use analytics to refine messaging and improve reach

Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate assets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities

Marketing Content & Reporting

• Create and maintain marketing materials aligned with brand standards
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Support reporting and budget tracking efforts

What Sets You Apart

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or related hands-on experience (1–5 years preferred, flexible based on capability)
• Familiarity with digital channels such as SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and social media tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe) and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

General Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Associate’s degree, certifications, relevant coursework, or equivalent practical experience welcomed
• Spanish language skills a plus!
