We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll do:

The SAP Concur Digital Experience & Engagement team is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and execution of our end‑to‑end digital ecosystem. In this role, you will focus primarily on review sites marketing tactics to drive brand credibility, visibility, and conversion, while also supporting TripIt email marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional and global stakeholders to optimize customer touchpoints that influence the prospect and customer journey. This position offers strong opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and creative marketing environment.

This role may require flexibility to attend meetings and calls outside of standard business hours due to collaboration with global teams.

What you bring:

  • Execute ongoing review sourcing campaigns, including day‑to‑day activation and optimization.

  • Monitor performance across review platforms and deliver optimization recommendations based on trends, sentiment, and engagement.

  • Partner closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment on AI‑driven optimization, discoverability, and content strategy across review ecosystems.

  • Build and operationalize a review response strategy, aligning closely with community management and social teams to ensure consistent voice and timely engagement.

  • Manage content updates, messaging alignment, and ongoing optimization across key review sites.

  • Monitor performance, sentiment, and engagement metrics on review platforms, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Support programs that encourage authentic customer reviews in alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.

  • Support the execution of TripIt email marketing programs, including content setup, scheduling, QA, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure email messaging aligns with campaign objectives and customer lifecycle moments.

  • Assist with reporting and analysis of email performance, identifying optimization opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as review site platforms, email marketing tools, Adobe, Drupal, or other web CMS platforms.

  • Experience supporting or executing email marketing programs is preferred.

  • Strong passion for delivering world‑class customer and digital experiences.

  • Experience working in a global environment with remote or distributed teams.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
