About this role
Your Role:
This position is primarily responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns and analyzing campaign performance data to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and qualified lead generation. This position also supports digital campaign execution and CRM lead entry and management, as well as tracking digital and other marketing performance analytics to ensure measurable impact and alignment with business objectives. In addition, this role partners closely with the Product Marketing, CRM, HQ Digital Marketing, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, accurate lead routing, strong data integrity, and actionable reporting that supports leadership decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing and marketing automation tasks.
- Help build, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (email, landing pages, social, paid media).
- Assist with cleaning and managing the digital marketing database.
- Help build and deploy landing pages.
- Support MarCom projects and special marketing initiatives as needed.
- Collect, analyze and report on data collected from CRM, SAP Marketing Cloud, digital platforms, web analytics, advertising channels, and surveys.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, i.e., including open rates, click-through rates, as needed Help to capture, track, and route marketing-qualified leads to Sales via CRM.
- Help perform marketing data analysis, build dashboards and executive-ready reports to communicate insights.
- Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support marketing lead planning, forecasting, and tracking.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
- Monitor and contribute feedback during marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Help analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing pipeline contribution.
- Support annual pricing processes and pricing list development.
- Help align digital marketing and CRM initiatives with prioritized business objectives.
- Contribute insights to leadership to inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field; A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field (internships included)
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and basic lead management processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, paid media, SEO/SEM).
- Some knowledge of CRM data management and marketing automation best practices.
- Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics, or similar.
- Familiarity with Marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Exposure to CRM systems and SAP Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Exposure to executing and analyzing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Some experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Prefer:
- Some experience with the SAP CRM platform or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools.
Physical Demands:

The employee is required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have ability to handle more than one task at a time and must work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to travel occasionally by car and plane.
Work Environment:

This job is performed in a variety of facilities. This job requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.
The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $30.79 - $36.21/hour, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
