About this role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Wyomissing, PA to support the delivery of our US marketing strategy and drive the growth of our digital presence. Working closely with the Head of US Marketing and wider SFS Group teams, you will play a key role in enhancing website performance, executing integrated campaigns, and strengthening brand visibility across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise in website management, SEO/SEA, and marketing automation with creative campaign development, helping position SFS as a thought leader while delivering measurable impact across the business.

Objectives

Support the delivery of the US marketing strategy by collaborating with the marketing team, US Marketing Manager, and wider SFS Group to execute high-quality, brand-aligned campaigns.
Manage and optimize the us.sfs.com website, enhancing content, ensuring strong SEM performance, and driving traffic through SEO, CRO, and SEA strategies.
Work with Marketing Automation and Creative teams to deliver social media growth campaigns and embed marketing automation to maximize business value.
Promote the SFS brand internally and externally while helping position the business as a thought leader through initiatives such as digital and physical Academy programs, including webinars.

Principal duties

Work closely with contracted SEO expert to enhance us.sfs.com and ca.sfs.com website presence and experience
Create and implement creative marketing activities and campaigns to support the wider digital business objective.
Work with the Marketing team to create and implement omnichanel campaigns to support the business objectives.
Create advertisements for digital channels.
Champion the use of the SFS ConnectSuite to gain adoption and use of the tools.
Support video and photo production currently based in Lancaster PA as needed
Automate processes using Hubspot and other automation software
Manage internal BlackLab merch shop with streamlined offering and budget control of usages
Plan and manage post content for LinkedIn Canada page
Provide any other duties commensurate with the job and grade.

Requirements of the role:

Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
A specialist in website building and management
A passion for optimising website performance through a mix SEO and SEA.
Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal skills)
Be able to respond well to pressure
Good creative design skills
Be organised and methodical
Be proactive
Be able to work to deadlines and within budget
Familiar with CMS systems and Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related.
