Digital Project Coordinator

About the Job:

The Digital Project Coordinator will support the ecommerce and digital teams with the execution of brand vision and strategy across all channels.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

· Collaborates with cross-functional partners (marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and planning) to collect information and feedback and manages execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines

· Coordinates feedback from multiple parties and manages execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines and managing team workloads

· Manages asset requests for marketing creative from initiation through execution

· Assists in proofing emails & site assets with high attention to detail

· Executes established standards and provides suggestions and feedback on process refinements and new opportunities based on competitive landscape and best-in-class retailer

· 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination related position, previous retail, agency or marketing experience preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

· Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

· Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
