HP Digital Services Program Manager
Job Summary
The Digital Services Program Manager is responsible for designing, governing, and operationalizing HP's Digital Services commercial program. This leader owns the business architecture that enables enterprise customers to purchase, consume, renew, and expand HP software and digital services through scalable commercial constructs.
The role is responsible for defining HP's Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) framework, Enterprise Discount Program (EDP), packaging strategy, entitlement models, renewal programs, pricing structures, and software governance across the Digital Services portfolio.
Unlike traditional pursuit roles focused on deal execution, this position is accountable for building the program itself and ensuring HP has the right commercial foundation to support enterprise-scale software growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Program Development
Define HP's Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) strategy
Design the HP Enterprise Discount Program
Develop term-based discount structures
Develop volume-based discount structures
Develop multi-domain discount frameworks spanning:
Print
Collaboration
Security
Workflow
Future Digital Services offerings
Create standardized software packaging and entitlement structures
Offer and Portfolio Governance
Define how Digital Services offerings are bundled and sold
Establish enterprise packaging tiers
Determine eligibility requirements and governance controls
Create scalable ordering and entitlement models
Develop standardized renewal frameworks
Commercial Strategy
Develop pricing architecture
Manage discount and margin governance
Create software consumption models
Build renewal and expansion strategies
Define software attach motions across managed services portfolios
Program Operations
Create roadmap for future program enhancements
Partner with other orgs to define policies, business rules, and governance
Establish KPI framework and reporting
Monitor program performance and adoption
Partner with GBU and Category organizations to evolve offerings
Required Experience
10+ years HP commercial, category, software, MPS, MDS, or services experience
Deep knowledge of HP contracting and operational processes
Experience developing offers, pricing programs, and enterprise agreements
Strong background in renewals, software licensing, and business operations
Proven ability to create scalable programs from concept to execution
The base pay range for this role is $162,050 - $239,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
