Dining Room Manager Job Profile

• Coordinates and supervises food and beverage service, and assists as needed.
• Coordinates and supervises the cleanliness of all dining areas.
• Maintains strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy.
• Assists with special functions and events as necessary.
• Ensures that all flatware, condiments, and beverages are in a constant state of readiness.
• Maintains clean, orderly, and safe kitchen and dining room environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Dining Room Manager Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Maître D′ or Dining Room Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience as a host or dining room supervisor.
