Looking for a role that is more than a management position-this is a leadership role that directly impacts the health, satisfaction and daily living experience of every resident we serve!
We are seeking a Dining Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Extensive cooking experience and experience leading a team are required.

Responsibilities:
- Ordering and maintaining inventory
- Developing team members
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Extensive culinary experience
- Prior experience with leading a team
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office including excel
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work
