We are searching for the best talent for Director, ATSC Commercial Enablement (Duration-based role –12 months) to be in Raritan NJ.

 

Purpose:

The Director, ATSC Commercial Enablement is responsible for end-to-end intake, governance, prioritization and implementation of initiatives that enhance CAR-T commercial competitiveness and enable patient access and growth of CARVYKTI.

This leader serves as the single accountable owner within supply chain for implementation of commercial operations competitiveness initiatives and leading US CARVYKTI accelerator workstreams.

This position is a duration-based role and requires understanding that the anticipated duration may conclude at, prior to, or after 12 months (based on business needs) from one’s start date in this role.

An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

 

You will be responsible for:

1. Owning Global Supply Chain Implementation of Commercial Competitiveness Initiatives

  • Serving as the primary Supply Chain lead for implementation of commercial competitiveness initiatives.

  • Partnering with global & regional Commercial Operations teams to translate opportunities into executable solutions that improve patient access, customer experience, and growth.

  • Tracking implementation progress, risks, and business impact.

2. Driving Supply Chain Portfolio Prioritization for US CARVYKTI Accelerator Workstreams

  • Leading intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance of Accelerator initiatives.

  • Applying clear prioritization criteria to focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.

  • Providing executive visibility and decision support through portfolio reviews and performance reporting.

3. Building a Sustainable Demand Enablement Capability within ATSC

  • Establishing governance, processes, and operating mechanisms to continuously identify, prioritize, and implement demand-enabling opportunities.

  • Creating repeatable approaches to generate new ideas informed by customer insights, market trends, and operational data.

  • Embedding Demand Enablement into ATSC base business and developing a playbook to ensure continuity and scalability.

4. Driving Innovation and Competitive Advantage

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance competitiveness, customer experience, and patient access.

  • Translating customer feedback, market insights, and operational opportunities into actionable initiatives.

  • Fostering proactive, internally generated innovation that creates sustainable competitive advantage.

5. Leading Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Operating as the integrator across Make, Plan, Deliver, Commercial, and Digital functions.

  • Aligning customer commitments, manufacturing capability, and supply chain execution.

  • Leading governance and decision-making for complex, cross-functional initiatives.

6. Delivering Measurable Business Impact

  • Accelerating implementation of initiatives that support demand growth and patient access.

  • Establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure delivery of targeted business outcomes.

  • Building a sustainable capability that continuously generates and executes growth-enabling opportunities.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain, manufacturing, or operations

  • Deep experience in cell therapy / CAR-T, vein-to-vein, or individualized medicines

  • Proven ownership of end-to-end performance and operational outcomes

  • Strong track record of leading global, cross-functional organizations

  • Ability to operate in commercial-facing, high-stakes environments

  • Ability to influence and challenge senior partners across functions

Preferred:

  • Direct experience with personalized medicine supply chain process development and implementation

  • Experience leading customer experience transformation in a complex supply chain

Other:

  • Ability to operate in a global 24/7 model

  • This position is a duration-based role and requires understanding that the anticipated duration may conclude at, prior to, or after 12 months (based on business needs) from one’s start date in this role.

  • Travel up to ~25% as required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
• This position is eligible for benefits to include medical, dental, vision and time off, as well as any others as provided for in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
