About this role
Bachelor's (or Associates) in engineering/business/architecture or related; 8+ years progressive healthcare engineering/maintenance experience (or 10+ with Associates) with 3–5 years direct management; ASHE certifications preferred; knowledge of TJC, NFPA, FGI, PADOH; proficiency with building automation and CMMS; driver's license and state background clearances required.
