Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years in events/hospitality/experiential marketing; agency or Formula One experience preferred; fluent Spanish, Portuguese a plus; VIP/corporate hospitality; strong budgeting, vendor management, PM; willing to travel up to 30%; capable of assisting with event setup.
