Primary Purpose
As the senior leader for enterprise and brand consumer analytics, this role serves as a unifying force that advances ADUSA’s and our banner’s data-driven understanding of customers. The leader sets the vision for enterprise customer analytics, translating the company’s growth ambition into actionable insights derived from behavioral, transactional, and operational data across all brands. They own foundational analytics assets, including customer measurement frameworks, dashboards, and advanced analytics models, providing a centralized, data-driven point of view on the customer for ADUSA and its banners.
By partnering closely with Strategy and senior leaders, this role embeds analytics into U.S.-level priorities and longterm initiatives. They will also build and develop a high-performing analytics team, strengthening enterprise capability and enabling scalable, insight-driven decision-making across the organization.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets the vision and direction for enterprise customer analytics in support of the Growing Together Strategy and ADUSA Critical Priorities, and translates to banners as relevant
- Owns analytics methodologies, standards, and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and accuracy across enterprise and brand analytics efforts
- Leads and evolves measurement frameworks, including customer and critical priority KPIs, behavioral analytics, and performance tracking systems
- Owns the development and application of advanced analytics, including segmentation, forecasting, attribution, and predictive modeling
- Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform enterprise and brand strategy and decision-making
- Provides a centralized view of customer behavior by synthesizing insights across data sources and analytics initiatives
- Ensures analytics proactively supports data-driven and customer-obsessed decision-making across the organization
- Partners with Strategy, Tech, and Data teams to embed analytics into U.S.-level priorities, planning, and long-term initiatives
- Leads a customer analytics team, including hiring, development, and performance management
- Establishes shared analytics tools, best practices, and governance to minimize duplication and drive efficiency across brands
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business, economics, statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or consumer insights, with enterprise or multi-brand scope
- Proven track record of defining and leading enterprise customer analytics strategies that drive measurable growth and business impact
- Deep expertise in customer analytics methodologies (e.g., segmentation, lifecycle analytics, attribution, forecasting, predictive modeling)
- Experience building and governing enterprise measurement frameworks, KPIs, and cross-business analytics standards
- Exceptional ability to translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams within complex, matrixed organizations
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $160,000 - $240,000
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
