Overview What You’ll Do: The Director, PMX Platform & Solutions is a solutions first leader in the biddable media space serving all Publicis Media agencies. This role will primarily serve as foundational for scaling our custom algorithmic bidding product. We ask that you have a proven ability to showcase strategic business development and follow through when developing a pipeline of potential business and accounts. You’ll need to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and be open to collaborating across multiple stakeholders often as well as work with teams to develop opportunities, strategies, and ultimately deliver on execution. This position will primarily serve as an internal pipeline development lead for our proprietary solutions. In this role, you will work with agencies and clients to identify opportunities to scale our solutions, develop marketing collateral and move opportunities through the sales process to close. Performance will be measured against product adoption. This role is unique as it drives best practices, thought leadership, and innovation across all agencies. Rather than working for a single client, our work impacts all clients. The Director impacts our roadmap, team priorities, and leads content that directly influences all clients in the US. Self-starters and people who are naturally curious and comfortable working in grey space will be successful in this role. Responsibilities Contribute to account and pipeline development for our custom algorithmic product Contribute to marketing content development, including POVs, playbooks, training, case study, and educational product materials Influence first-to-market solutions – inclusive of custom bidding product enhancements based on feedback sourced from the marketplace Identify as an expert in the biddable media and custom algorithmic product space for our agencies and clients Identify and document FAQs, responding to common agency questions Build relationships with Publicis Media agency executives and media channel leads Contribute to roadmaps and thought leadership collateral for data strategy and custom algorithmic bidding products Own cross-functional relationships to collaborate on solutions priorities Assist with account planning and coordination with key SMEs across agencies to improve how we serve clients across Publicis Media Stay informed about industry trends and advise on the use of emerging capabilities within channels based on agency, industry, and client priorities Qualifications 8+ years’ experience in biddable media, with an emphasis in programmatic media Proven ability to consult on data strategy and application to architect outside of the box solutions Extensive experience in building sustainable and reoccurring revenue pipelines and scaling existing accounts into larger opportunities Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, or business administration Extensive familiarity and past experience with paid media, data strategy, and activation Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills Have self-esteem, composure, and polished presentation skills to attend and contribute to meetings Passionate about working in a fast-paced a environment Experience with major media platform algorithms, ad products, optimization levers, and roadmaps also pertaining to broader industry developments Advanced knowledge of data integrations into media platforms and biddable media objectives Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions Ability to describe complex concepts in a clear manner Advanced content development skills with extensive PowerPoint experience Accuracy on all projects, with an expectation for high quality of work every time Team oriented, approachable and viewed as a mentor to others Excel fluency in pivot tables, charts, vlookups and basic equations—knowledge of macros is a plus Comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing reporting and identifying trends Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
